Old Kings organic wood and metal sculptures
Old Kings organic wood and metal sculptures
Loving these organic sculptures made mostly from recycled wood and metal. It’s the work of Ian Gilson who has a website full of more just like it.

Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum
The Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum, located at the northern edge of the Michigan State University campus, is influenced by a set of movement paths that traverse and border the site. The vitality of street life on the northern side of Grand River Avenue and the historic heart of the university campus at the south side generate a network of paths and visual connections; some are part of the existing footpath layout, others create shortcuts between the city and the campus side of Grand River Avenue. Funny objects in real life by Terry Border
Terry Border’s photo blog Bent Objects, begun in 2006, anthropomorphizes inanimate objects using bits of wire and a few props. He creates scintillating inner lives for the ordinary things that most of us take for granted. Originally, Border says, his bent-object sculptures and photo scenes came about almost by accident. He studied photography in school and initially made his living as a commercial photographer. When that grew old he tried cartooning, then landed in sculpture.
All objects,
all phases of culture are alive. They have voices. They speak of their
history and interrelatedness. And they are all talking at once! Camille Paglia
cool vehicles Old Car photos by Ryan Schude
cool vehicles automobiles photography - ryan schude
Ryan Schude is a Los Angeles based photographer that focus his artwork around a conceptual and narrative framework. This is a cool series of ”vintage cars portraits”, shot mostly with his Lomo Lubitel 166+. I love the effect of Lomo photographs, perfect faded colors and beautiful lighting, creating this cool vintage vibe.
